INN POLICIES

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check In: Guests may check in anytime after 3 p.m. on the first evening of their stay. A code to the lockbox containing a key to the inn will be emailed and texted to you the day before your check in day at the email address and phone number you provided when you made your reservation, or you may call for the code. The key to your guest room will be in the door of your room. If you are arriving late, please be considerate of the other guests at the inn. Quiet hours are after 9 p.m. and before 8 a.m. 

Check Out: Guests are welcome to enjoy the inn until noon on the last day of their stay. Leave keys on the dining room table. There is a $50 charge for lost keys, which will be charged to the original form of payment.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the inn or on the porches or grounds. Candles or other burning material is strictly prohibited. Guests not abiding by this policy will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be made.

PETS

Pets cannot be accommodated.

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS

A maximum of two persons is allowed per guest room. All guests must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT POLICIES

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.  Room rates do not include state or local accommodations taxes. Taxes for EXTRAS (food items) are included in the listed amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations and changes to reservations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations and changes made less than 30 days but more than 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a partial refund. The refund will be equal to 50% of the total amount of the booking.

Cancellations and changes to reservations made less than 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. If you are concerned that you may have unforeseen personal circumstances requiring a cancellation of your reservation, you may want to purchase travel insurance to cover any potential loss.

DAMAGES AND FORGOTTEN ITEMS

Repair fees will be assessed for damages to the property caused by guests during their stay. Any items missing will be charged back to the guest at their full retail value. These fees will be charged to the original form of payment. The postage fee to ship any item(s) left behind after your stay will also be charged to your original form of payment.

BOOKING A ROOM CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY INN POLICIES.
